Irvington to Host Diaper, Baby Supply Giveaway for Families in Need

The Honorable Irvington Mayor Tony Vauss, in partnership with the Irvington Municipal Council, the Department of Health and Senior Services, and the Neighborhood Improvement Corporation, has announced a Diaper and Baby Supply Giveaway to support families facing economic challenges.According to a statement released by Mayor Vauss, the initiative is part of his commitment to uplift women and families, particularly during these trying times.

The first giveaway event is scheduled for November 13, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., at the Irvington Municipal Building at One Civic Square in Irvington, NJ.

A second event will follow on November 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., at the Transcend Worship Center on 971 Clinton Avenue.

These events will provide essential baby items, including diapers, wipes, formula, strollers, and more, available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

Mayor Vauss emphasized the importance of community care: "In our community, we take care of one another.

This initiative is just one of the many groundbreaking programs we are proud to offer. Supporting families, especially mothers and their children, is crucial during these challenging time"."
